| Cancellations | ||
| No cancellations accepted once goods have been shipped. | ||
| Limited Warranty | ||
| Products are warranted for 90 days against manufacturers' defects and workmanship. We will repair or replace the defective product at our discretion. This warranty does not extend to any product that has been subjected to misuse, neglect, accident or alterations. This warranty is limited to the purchase price of the product. No other warranties apply. | ||

| Returns | ||
| Returns are accepted on unused merchandise within 30days of purchase, subject to a 15% restocking fee. A refund will be issued in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 3 to 5 business days of our receiving your return. All shipping charges are non-refundable. Buyers are responsible for returning products with shipping costs PREPAID, unless the return is a result of our error (incorrect or defective product). Collect shipments will be refused. | ||

We offer Next-Day and Two-Day Service (for Monday-Friday delivery) to home or business addresses (signature is required for drop-off; express service not available for P.O. boxes).
